BIO

Scott Witkin found Elevation Search, after successfully selling Taylor Grey, Inc. a multi-disciplined recruiting firm with offices in 3 states, 40+ employees and a focus on Financial Services & IT consulting. He served as Managing Partner for nearly 9 years.

Scott graduated from The University of Arizona with a double major in Political Science & Spanish in addition to matriculating from the Instituto Sampere in Madrid, Spain magna cum laude. Scott then worked for U.S. Senator John S. McCain in Washington, DC.

He then was a sales leader at two Goldman Sachs & Softbank backed startups that were ultimately sold to Rational/IBM and taken private respectively. Scott was chosen as a Fairfield County Connecticut 40 Under 40 influencer, served on non-profit boards, spoken at round tables/panels and been a mentor to many recruiters who hang their own shingle.

Scott is happily married with a 4 1/2 year old daughter who is a fearless skier/swimmer/singer and 1 1/2 year old son who gives expertly placed head butts and Hulk Hogan like bear hugs.

Private Bank seeking Bankers & Portfolio Manager with >6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be committed to working with a significant number of client accounts while improving investment performance & generating new, organic business.

Candidate must be able to articulate why existing clients would consider a move to a new firm and plan to migrate AUM in an orderly, timely fashion.

Candidates do not necessarily need to be licensed.

-Fluency in Spanish required or Portuguese.
